Enquiry data
When you use the contact form you provide your name, an email address, an optional phone number, and the message describing your requirement. For project and resource enquiries you may also provide an optional company and project country or location, and for resource or candidate enquiries an optional discipline of interest. No CV, identity document, passport or banking details are requested through this website.
Candidate registration is an expression of interest only; it is not a job offer or confirmation of any vacancy.
Purposes
Information submitted through the form is used to:
- respond to your rolling-stock or resource enquiry;
- scope, quote and plan the work or resource request you describe;
- keep internal records of the correspondence so the same enquiry can be picked up and actioned.
Contact details are not sold or rented to third parties. No marketing consent is preselected on the form.
Service-provider processing
Form submissions are processed through BSCH Rail's customer-relationship management provider so the enquiry can be received, stored and actioned by our staff. Your details are held in BSCH Rail's account with that provider for follow-up. An acknowledgement that a submission was received for processing does not, on its own, confirm that a contact record was created or that any particular staff member was notified.
Candidate interest
If you register interest using the candidate mode, the details you provide are held for discussion of possible future assignments. No vacancy is implied, and no personal identity documents or banking details are requested or processed through this site.
Access, correction & deletion
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted, email info@bschrail.co.za from the address you used when submitting. We will action reasonable requests and respond through the same channel.
Cookies & website storage
This site uses browser storage required for normal page function, such as caching of page assets. Any cookies or local storage set by the site or its hosting are limited to what the running site actually uses; the contact form does not depend on optional analytics or advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings, and the enquiry form continues to work without them.
BSCH Rail does not knowingly set third-party advertising cookies through this website. Where optional analytics is present, it can be accepted or declined through the controls provided by your browser or the analytics provider; declining it does not prevent you from submitting an enquiry.
