Individual, Team or Work Package
Requests take three forms. Final employment or contracting arrangements and supervision responsibilities are established in writing before any deployment.
Individual resource request
A single discipline for a defined role or task.
One artisan — for example, a mechanical fitter or coded welder — for a specific role within an agreed scope. Skills fit and availability are confirmed against the requirement before any commitment.
Team requirement
A crew of several trades for a coordinated package.
A group covering multiple disciplines — for example, fitters, welders and a supervisor — assembled against a defined crew and shift structure. Composition and numbers are agreed per assignment.
Defined work package
A complete scope with deliverables and reporting.
A scope of work with agreed tasks, staffing, quality records, hold points and reporting. Final employment or contracting arrangements and supervision responsibilities are established in writing before work starts.
BSCH Rail is not advertised as an employer-of-record, visa sponsor, licensed recruitment operation, or fully managed deployment service. Where such arrangements are required, they are identified and agreed per assignment.
Contract Mobilisation: How an Assignment Is Arranged
A contract assignment follows a structured conversation rather than an instant booking. Each step is agreed in writing before the next.
